Project activities |

The activities planned are logically organized in 6 work packages (WP), which can be grouped into 3 stages:

Stage 1 |
is focused on benchmarking and monitoring the gender equality & diversity measures in the participating research institutions in order to identify the best parctise examples as well as the reasons behind low participation of women in the decision making process. |

Stage 2 |
aims to support the materials research institutions to create their individual profile on the basis given by the principles of the Charter and Code and to provide guidelines and recommendations for improving the transparency in recruitment, promotion and nomination in order to increase the proportion of women at the highest levels of research. |

Stage 3 |
is dedicated to awareness raising and dissemination activities. |
