WP 3 - The European Charter & Code as label for gender diversity enhancement in research |

The activities planned in this work package aim to advocate
the European spirit represented in the ‘European Charter for
Researchers and the Code of Conduct for their Recruitment’ and
thus to increase the level of awareness of the Charter &
Code in the international materials research community. Gender
related aspects are built into all these activities as a core
element. Support activities as local workshop and Europe-wide
satellite events will be organised.
